A beautiful, long-aged rhum agricole Clement Rhum 15 Year Old. This is a classic agricole that is not made from molasses or other sugar by-products, but from the fermented juice of the sugar cane itself.
The rum has been aged for 15 years in oak barrels made from seasoned and virgin oak at Habitation Clément in Martinique, giving it a tremendous depth and complexity of flavour.
We must appreciate its woody and fruity aroma with notes of apple, spice and bourbon. The palate is characterised by woodiness, spice, fruitiness and dried fruits, resulting in a well-balanced rum. Many users find it an enjoyable experience, especially its silky finish and rich, intense but subtly complex flavours.
The bottles are bottled at 42 % alcohol with a volume of 0,7 l and come in a gift box.
