Foursquare White High Esters Rum
This Foursquare White High Esters rum is an innovation within the Habitation Velier edition.
It comes from a blend of two rums distilled in a double pot still. The first is a rum made from molasses fermented with bred yeast. The second, on the other hand, comes from pure cane juice and is fermented with wild yeasts.
After a 72-hour fermentation (which explains the abbreviation LFT = Long Fermentation Type) and distillation, the resulting rum has an extremely high ester content. This parameter directly influences the aromatic character of this unique taste experience.
Renowned for its exceptional know-how, Foursquare is once again innovating with white high esters bottled in Habitation Velier bottles.
This Barbados distillery, run by Richard Seale, combines tradition and modernity by using a double rotary pot still. This rare and expensive piece of equipment allows for a thorough distillation that captures the full richness of the aromas.
Bottles are filled with up to 62 % alcohol with a volume of 0,7 l.
