Papa's Pilar Dark Rum is a branded dark rum inspired by the legendary Ernest Hemingway, whose passions included adventure, the sea, and quality alcohol. His boat was named Pilar and Hemingway himself was nicknamed Papa.
Papa's Pilar Dark Rum is made from various types of rum that are blended and aged together. It contains 9 rums from the regions of Barbados, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Panama, and Florida. This rum ages in different types of barrels including ex-bourbon from American oak, ex-port wine, and ex-sherry Oloroso. This gives it a rich and complex flavor. It is known for notes of vanilla, caramel, cocoa, and spices. It also has aromas of dried fruits and nuts.
We recommend enjoying the rum neat or using it as a base for various cocktails. It is ideal for making rum drinks such as Cuba Libre or Mojito.

Kirk and Sweeney Reserva is a Dominican rum named after a wooden schooner (a type of fast sailing ship) that was a leader in smuggling rum from the Caribbean to the USA during Prohibition and later served for Coast Guard training.
Rum Kirk and Sweeney Reserva is made from the finest, hand-harvested fresh sugarcane in small batches. It ages in oak barrels that previously held French wine for up to 12 years using the Solera system. You will quickly fall in love with its rich mahogany color, exceptional smoothness, and balanced, full-bodied flavor that is sometimes even nectar-like.
The aroma of the rum offers a sweet balance between notes of honey and sugarcane, complemented by vanilla, toasted oak, caramel, and dried fruit. On the palate, it reveals a nectar-like sweetness that develops into a full yet still smooth body with subtle vanilla and woody undertones.
The finish is smooth and long – lingering notes of chocolate, cocoa, coffee, slightly spicy (such as cinnamon or nutmeg), and an elegant, luxurious aftertaste.
