The rum liqueur Labourdonnais Vanilla Liqueur has a perfectly balanced rich flavor thanks to the intense rum and sweet vanilla from the estate.
Great with ice or in various cocktails.
Sugar cane is harvested to produce fresh sugarcane juice. Fresh sugarcane juice is filtered to remove all fine fibers. Then, yeast is added to the juice and it is kept in a tank for 44 hours.
The desired distillate is collected in three different tanks. The lowest tank contains heavy distillate, while the highest tank contains lighter distillate.
The final product leaves the column, passes through the condenser, and is collected in 25,000-liter stainless steel tanks. The rum is then diluted and vanilla grown on the estate is added.
The result is an amazingly aromatic liqueur that you can enjoy neat with ice or by adding vanilla character to your favorite cocktails.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 37.5% with a volume of 0.5 l and are delivered in gift cartons.
