The Labourdonnais Vanilla Liqueur Rum has a perfectly balanced rich taste thanks to the intense rum and sweet vanilla from the estate.
Great with ice or in a variety of cocktails.
Sugar cane is harvested to produce fresh sugar cane juice. The fresh cane juice is filtered to remove all the tiny fibers. Yeast is then added to the juice and kept in a tank for 44 hours.
The required distillate is collected in three different tanks. The lowest tank contains the heavy spirit, while the highest tank contains the lighter spirit.
The final product leaves the column, passes through the condenser and is collected in 25,000 litre stainless steel tanks. The rum is then diluted and vanilla grown on the estate is added .
The result is a wonderfully aromatic liqueur that can be enjoyed neat on the rocks or when adding vanilla character to your favorite cocktails.
Bottles are bottled at 37,5 % alcohol with a 0,5 l capacity and come in gift cartons.
