Don Papa Baroko is a distinctive Filipino rum with a rich, sweet character inspired by the opulent aesthetics of the Baroque era. This edition stands out not only for its iconic green design with colorful details, but especially for its full and aromatic flavour profile that appeals to lovers of more intense and sweeter rums.
The rum is made from molasses on the island of Negros, known as Sugarlandia, where one of the sweetest sugar canes in the world is grown. It matures at the foothills of Mount Kanlaon in American oak ex-bourbon casks, giving it pronounced notes of vanilla, caramel and oak. It is a single island rum, meaning the entire process – from cane cultivation to bottling – takes place on the same island.
